TV Stand is Moved In

I finally got the new TV stand moved in. Took me long enough. In all fairness it has been finished for weeks now, I just have had to wait for help to move it upstairs and move out the old stand. I am not Wonder Women, so my upper arm strength is minimal. Moving large furniture that requires more than just a simple push across a room is not something I can do.

I actually thought I was going to have to wait to move it in when Jack comes home, which is a week from today!!! I get 10 whole days of him!!! Can you tell I am excited, check out my exclamation point usage, a bit abundant... Anyhow, as I mentioned, I thought I would just have to wait for him to come home to get it moved up from the basement. When he called me the other night, I told him of the small honey do list I had waiting for him, but he knows how much I get excited over new refinished furnishing (say that 5 times fast..) that he called his buddy to come over pronto to move it up for me and get everything set up. Thanks, Egan! So within minutes of getting off the phone with Jack, his friend was at my door ready to help me out.

So she's up, she's in, she ready to house a tv....Yes, I give my furnishings a gender.

So now I just get to sit back and count down the days to my fella coming home!
